O.B.S. is an emergent artisan reality which produces an excellent beer.
In our laboratory the beer, even keeping its historical roots, blends with typical products of Sicily that recall the riches of our land, giving life to a new product we believe in.
We don’t use any pasteurization nor filtration nor preservatives and chemical stabilizers.
We use only natural ingredients and each beer is refermented in the bottle following an ancient German technique.

da note caramellate. Lascia il palato ricco di sapori con un finale caldo e strutturato , si rivela un ottimo prodotto adatto all'attenta degustazione.
